VISION: RiverCity Outreach is a specialized, cohesive team of Holy Spirit anointed servants of Jesus Christ who are radically committed to reaching the lost, making true converts and training them to be true warriors in the Kingdom of God. 1. RiverCity Outreach is a base of operations for ministries, including evangelism and discipleship. 2. RiverCity Outreach is supported by tithes and offerings from members and friends. 3. RiverCity Outreach develops specialized discipleship training ministries, including the principles of service and spiritual warfare.
 
EVANGELISM: 1. Establishing a solid foundation in each team member of intimacy with Jesus Christ, total obedience to Him, and aggressive intercessory prayer. (John 15:5; Matthew 9:35-38) 2. Building redemptive relationships in our spheres of influence, especially focusing upon people in our workplaces, and the residents and marketplace people of the Downtown, Riverfront, Warehouse District events. (1 Cor. 9:19-23) 3. Witnessing through personal conversations, community service, and communication of the Gospel of Jesus Christ through tract distribution, dialogue, and drama on the streets during lunch hours, concerts, sports events, conventions and other Downtown, Riverfront, Warehouse District events. (Acts 17:16-17) 4. RiverCity Outreach will develop specialized discipleship training ministries, including the principles of service and spiritual warfare. (Luke 14:15-24) 5. Bringing healing and direction to people who are bound, wounded, angry, confused and ignorant of their true life purpose. (Jer. 31:15-17; Jer. 30:20; Is. 49:24-25) DISCIPLESHIP: 1. Nurturing converts in God's Word through personal mentoring, small group sessions, classes, seminars, and worship experiences at various locations in the Minneapolis Area. (Acts 5:42; Acts 17:16-17; 2 Tim. 3:16-17; 1 Tim. 1:2; Acts 15:39b; 1 Kings 19:19-21) 2. Leading converts to personal deliverance, healing and instruction in victorious spiritual warfare. (Luke 4:18-19; John 8:31-32; Eph. 6:10-20) 3. Training disciples to discover, develop and deploy their spiritual gifts in the context of on-the-job ministry assignments. (2 Tim. 1:6; 1 Cor. 12:1-11; Eph. 4:11-16; Romans 12:3-8) 4. Producing specialized training materials to help equip the body of Christ to overcome the powers of darkness and advance the Kingdom of God. (Hos. 4:6a; Luke 10:9-20; Mt. 10:7-8)
